shenas brings together what you already track -- your sleep, your company's decisions, your boat's engine hours, your journaling, your finances. Everything stays in one picture on your own home mesh. The patterns it finds are yours alone, and nothing is sent off your device for someone else to see.
Agent operations, decision quality, and work-product reactions all flow through the same source, transform, and on-device-model pipeline that the product offers users. The "what's working" surface that synthesizes patterns from your sleep and spending also synthesizes patterns from our own work.
If the architecture cannot run a company, it cannot run a person.
shenas keeps a picture of what you pay attention to, and notices patterns across it.
Every feature helps you understand the parts of life that matter to you -- on your terms, on your own home mesh.
Your health tracker, your bank, your journal, your calendar -- they all hold a piece of the picture. shenas brings them together on your home mesh so you can see it whole.
The shenas you run today -- local pipeline, source plugins, transforms, dashboards -- is free and open source. The code is public so anyone can read it, extend it with new sources, and verify what their machine is running.
Developers and the technically curious can find the architecture, the engineering principles, and the plugin documentation at shenas.org. The source lives on GitHub.
shenas is open-core. The community version stays free; a commercial layer with hosted services and team-shaped features funds the work. Anything that touches your data -- the local pipeline, the on-device models, the privacy primitives -- stays in the community version.
