Your data, your devices,
your insights.

shenas brings together what you already track -- your sleep, your company's decisions, your boat's engine hours, your journaling, your finances. Everything stays in one picture on your own home mesh. The patterns it finds are yours alone, and nothing is sent off your device for someone else to see.

Free and open source · Runs on your own home mesh — laptop, phone, tablet, servers · No account, no cloud

We use it on ourselves

The company that builds shenas runs on shenas.

Agent operations, decision quality, and work-product reactions all flow through the same source, transform, and on-device-model pipeline that the product offers users. The "what's working" surface that synthesizes patterns from your sleep and spending also synthesizes patterns from our own work.

If the architecture cannot run a company, it cannot run a person.

shenas keeps a picture of what you pay attention to, and notices patterns across it.

Built around what matters

Every feature helps you understand the parts of life that matter to you -- on your terms, on your own home mesh.

Models train on your home mesh, and -- when you opt in -- learn from patterns discovered across many other meshes. The data itself never moves. Your data stays home; only the wisdom travels. Everything you connect -- your sleep, your company's hiring decisions, your boat's engine hours -- stays on your own home mesh. No cloud account, no third-party sync. Back it up, move it, delete it -- it is yours completely. When shenas needs to ask an outside AI service something on your behalf, the connection is being built so the service can't tell which person is asking. Anonymous by design, not by trust. Plugin signing is being built so that every add-on can be cryptographically verified before reaching your system. Once it ships, you'll know exactly what is running and where it came from. Once a source is connected, data syncs on your schedule and stays aligned across your home mesh -- laptop, phone, tablet, all in step. No manual exports, no spreadsheets, no remembering to check. Sleep from your watch, decisions from your company's records, fuel from your boat's log -- every source feeds into one view, so you can see connections across the parts of life you care about. Swap dashboards, add new ones, change the theme. The interface adapts to what you care about, not the other way around.

Connect what matters to you

Your health tracker, your bank, your journal, your calendar -- they all hold a piece of the picture. shenas brings them together on your home mesh so you can see it whole.

The community version is open source.

The shenas you run today -- local pipeline, source plugins, transforms, dashboards -- is free and open source. The code is public so anyone can read it, extend it with new sources, and verify what their machine is running.

Developers and the technically curious can find the architecture, the engineering principles, and the plugin documentation at shenas.org. The source lives on GitHub.

shenas is open-core. The community version stays free; a commercial layer with hosted services and team-shaped features funds the work. Anything that touches your data -- the local pipeline, the on-device models, the privacy primitives -- stays in the community version.
